More images from my trip to the Booth Museum of Natural History in Brighton last week. It's home to some amazing examples of natural history; fossils, full skeletons, taxidermy and even a bizarre modern-day frog inside an ancient rock. For what seems like a little place (especially coming from something like the Natural History Museum in London), it's stuffed to the brim with interesting and beautiful things, and well worth a visit in my opinion! I was there photographing the displays for my friend Abi as part of her dissertation, and I'm so glad I've found it - I love Brighton anyway but this is just another little gem to add to it.
Ohh, I'd never heard of this place before & I've been to Brighton quite a few times now too. I'll definitely be adding it to my list of places to visit. That cyclops kitten is both terrifying & strangely fascinating!
ReplyDeleteThe best part of your post is the outstanding photographs. I read for this only. I was on an official tour there, but after one day there, this place looked amazing to me. I visited a museum in Brighton and many food places, overall I would love to go there again..
