Song love: 'My Time' by indie/math/experimental/alternative/something rock band Minus the Bear. I absolutely love this band and my thoughtful boyfriend bought me tickets to see them for my birthday last year. They're my perfect summer listening material. They were just as great as I thought they'd be, and I'm desperate to see them again sometime soon. Their supporting act experimental loop three-piece Tall Ships (who've been compared to Foals and Battles, though I'd personally say they're better) were also awesome - I was particularly impressed with the bass player and singer, who seemed to be able to play a miscellany of instruments, sometimes at the same time (see the second picture below - at one point the bass player had a guitar and a bass round his neck, was working synths and singing nearly simultaneously). They're one of those rare bands that actually sound equally good or even better live, which is how I think it should be; it shows they're actually talented, rather than relying on the modern fixers of autotune. All you need to do is listen to Ke$ha without autotune, and you'll see what I mean.
