Sometimes it's the little things that cheer me up when I really need it. A couple of weeks ago whilst I was pretty ill, two of my flatmates (Aram & Ainsley) dragged me out of the house to come with them to get fish and chips at Poppies in Spitalfields and have a quick wander around the antiques market. I brought along my camera (I've been neglecting it recently) and gave my 50mm lens a trip out. As versatile as my 18-105mm lens is, there's nothing quite as satisfying as the 1.4 aperture for me right now!
