When this popped up on my Facebook feed of all places (nothing much good comes from that site, really) I didn't really know what I was in for, but about thirty seconds in I absolutely fell in love. Shane Koyczan performs a spoken word poem that I'm fairly sure every one of us can relate to. His words are beautiful and heartfelt and the antidote to the cynicism I sometimes feel. The animation for this video was crowd sourced and made by many different people, as you can see if you hop over to the credits on the YouTube page - there's some pretty talented people about! The video has such a strong message and it was beautifully brought together by Giant Ant Studio, who also have some really lovely work.
