LONDON MUSEUMS

Saturday 4 May 2013

Parthenon Marbles at the British Museum | Japanese carving at the Victoria and Albert Museum | carved walls in the dinosaur exhibit at the Natural History Museum | coppery crystals in the NHM 'Vault' | animal skull in the NHM 'Treasury' exhibition | opal jewellery at NHM | tiny carved box in the Toshiba Gallery at the V&A | preserved human fetus' at the Hunterian | Babylonian slates at the British Museum | ancient Assyrian cuneiform at the British Museum | Parthenon Marbles | skull of cojoined twins fused at the head, Hunterian Museum

A rather large selection of photographs that I took in various museums around London on a very culture-filled week with a friend. Museums are definitely my favourite places in London to visit and as they're free, there's not really anything to complain about! As I do so much work with the Victoria and Albert Museum's youth collective CreateVoice now, I spend a lot of time in South Kensington near the rest of the museums, so it's extra convenient for me to pop in. Friends visiting give me an even better excuse to spend entire days in museums, too. To see more of my museum-related pictures click here.
